Chronic pulmonary disease can be a debilitating illness that causes shortness of breath and impacts the ability to perform everyday activities.  It often leads to a sedentary lifestyle resulting in deterioration of the body's muscle function.  The Osceola Community Hospital offers a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program to assist persons with chronic lung disease to regain their strength and muscle function, often improving health and independence.  Our program is designed to help you learn to live with your medical condition through exercise and education.  This combination will improve your quality of life.

Referrals may come from a personal or family physician or patients may call Osceola Community Hospital for additional information about the program.
